"- How's the remodel going? - A lot like this... a disaster."

"- As long as it keeps her distracted, right? - It's not really doing the trick anymore."

"- Seth wants to stay in Portland? - School is right around the corner"

"and everybody is digging in their heels, holding their positions."

"- Actually, he kind of is. - You want to come?"
