Clips from The O.C. - The Accomplice (S02E02)
"-I guess we got to get you home, huh? -No. I have a better idea."
The O.C.
"Zach?"
The O.C.
"Uh, I'm sorry. Listen, Seth, I'll call you."
The O.C.
"Well..."
The O.C.
"I think we made some good progress today."
The O.C.
"Um... so, thank you so much for calling this afternoon and suggesting dinner."
The O.C.
"I mean, I can imagine."
The O.C.
"Hey. Sorry I'm late. Traffic."
The O.C.
"Uh, that's okay. We just got menus."
The O.C.
"-You came to my office, you show up at dinner. -You went to his office?"
The O.C.
"-I was just trying to help. -He said that you wanted a relationship with me,"
The O.C.
"-Well, I'm not tired, that's for sure. -No word from your lawyer friend?"
The O.C.
"No. And no confirmation she's dead."
The O.C.
"What if she's not?"
The O.C.
"-What are you talking about? -Rebecca Blume."
The O.C.
"All right, take care."
The O.C.
"-What are you going to do? -I got to call the professor, but I..."
The O.C.
"-So for you to have gone to his office for me was... -A mistake."
The O.C.
"Stupid stuff."
The O.C.
"-Or ask Kirsten to talk to him. -No."
The O.C.
"I'm sure. But thanks."
The O.C.
"Let me just change my shirt, then we can get out of here."
The O.C.
"Nice house."
The O.C.
"Okay, here's the thing. I know that it's totally creepy. Okay, I know that."
The O.C.
"I think they're really good."
The O.C.
"Okay."
The O.C.
"Do you mind if I, uh, have one of these?"
The O.C.
"Uh, yeah, sure, go ahead. You can actually have them all, if you want."
The O.C.
"-Oh. Wow. Okay. Well, I'll see what I can do. -Thanks, Cohen."
The O.C.
"Hey, Professor. Well, any chance you could meet me tonight?"
The O.C.
"Hey. How was dinner?"
The O.C.
"I wouldn't know. Caleb took off before we could order."
The O.C.
"That's good. Hey, listen, man, he deserved it, I'm sure."
The O.C.
"The dishes?"
The O.C.
"-How'd it go with Zach? -Great, until Summer came over and stole my sketchbook."
The O.C.
"What? What'd she do?"
The O.C.
"Well, I thought she was going to get a restraining order, but it turns out, she's just going to get her own action figure."
The O.C.
"Hey. So between the two of us... We're right back where we started."
The O.C.
"Oh, no, actually, Sanford, I was going to call you."
The O.C.
"What is it?"
The O.C.
"Rebecca."
The O.C.
"Ryan, have you seen...?"
The O.C.
"My ex is in town, but we never really broke up."
The O.C.
"-I know you did. -All right, yes, I did."
The O.C.
"-And who is he? -He's a she."
The O.C.
"-Jody went to sleep. -Cool."
The O.C.
"-So what do I do? -What do you want to do?"
The O.C.
"-"Alex, are we in a relationship or are we not?" -Good, man, you should do it."
The O.C.
"Is she back together with her lesbian ex?"
The O.C.
"-Oh, I didn't even think of that. -Yeah, well, I did, quite a bit, actually."
The O.C.
"If you have to wonder about it, it's probably not happening."
The O.C.
"Which part, the threesome or the relationship?"
The O.C.
"-So you never had, like, a moment's doubt about you and Lindsay? -Not really."
The O.C.
"So what'd you do?"
The O.C.
"Is that how it works with you and Summer?"
The O.C.
"Or you should just focus on the good stuff in your life, like school."
The O.C.
"Yeah, I got nothing."
The O.C.
"But at least I got my friends."
The O.C.
"I'm so hungry."
The O.C.
"I'll see you guys later."
The O.C.
"The strawberry shortcake is to die for."
The O.C.
"Oh, here's one, honey."
The O.C.
"-It's got parking, fridge and hookups. -Why are you looking for a guesthouse when you need an office?"
The O.C.
"You can turn a guesthouse into a great office, plus this one has hookups."
The O.C.
"This high-rise office complex has panoramic ocean and country club views."
The O.C.
"-Sounds like Partridge, Savage and Kahn. Where is it? -Right next to Partridge, Savage and Kahn."
The O.C.
"-At least your old clients will know where to find you. -I'm not takingany of my corporate clients with me."
The O.C.
"Now that I'm on my own, I'm going back into the public interest stuff."
The O.C.
"-That stuff made me want to be a lawyer in the first place. -You can still be a public interest lawyer in a private sector offi"
The O.C.
"-No, thank you. I got to go meet my Realtor. -Maybe I should go with you."
The O.C.
"I'm sorry. I heard the music."
The O.C.
"No, I'm running late. I'm down to my last clean shirt and we're out of coffee."
The O.C.
"-When your mother leaves town, my life goes to pieces. -Yeah, well, you shouldhave gone with her."
The O.C.
"-You seem like you could use the vacation. -She's not on vacation. She's doing research for a magazine."
The O.C.
"She's in Europe doing research for a magazine about Orange County?"
The O.C.
"Do you need a ride to school?"
The O.C.
"Oh, I'm not going."
The O.C.
"-I'm not feeling so well. -Sorry to hear that."
The O.C.
"Oh, that's okay, you know? I figured I should probably just stay home and rest in case, you know it's..."
The O.C.
"-I'll call in and check up on you. -I may not pick up, you know? I'll just be sleeping."
The O.C.
"-I'm sleeping. -No, you're not."
The O.C.
"Yeah, but my mom's in Europe and my stepdad's completely clueless."
The O.C.
"Aren't you sick of me yet? We've hung out every single day this week."
The O.C.
"-No, why? Are you sick of me? -No, no, of course not. It's just..."
The O.C.
"-Jody's still here. -I thought she was goingback to LA."
The O.C.
"Yeah, yeah, she was, she was."
The O.C.
"But, we got into this huge fight and then..."
The O.C.
"And then you spent the rest of the night making up?"
The O.C.
"-Who's knocking on my door at 9:00 in the morning? -Yeah, right, saved by the bell."
The O.C.
"Are you calling me from outside my door?"
The O.C.
"Because that would be creepy."
The O.C.
"Can I call you back?"
The O.C.
"-Do I hear water running? -Yes."
The O.C.
"Oh, that's great. That's fantastic."
The O.C.
"Yes, and look how well that turned out."
The O.C.
"What is that supposed to mean?"
The O.C.
"Sorry. I would have introduced you guys, but I didn't want you to meet."
The O.C.
"I'm going back to bed."
The O.C.
"You maybe want to grab breakfast?"
The O.C.
"So, are Kirsten and Sandy going to care that Seth skipped first period?"
The O.C.
"Not going to be excited about it, but they're pretty easygoing."
The O.C.
"Like her dad?"
The O.C.
"Am I?"
The O.C.
"Is this a trick question?"
The O.C.
"Why, is he a monster?"
The O.C.
"Oh, well, he's not the greatest person in the world."
The O.C.
""Hi, Dad, it's your illegitimate daughter. Want to have lunch?""
The O.C.
"So you'll call, right?"
The O.C.
"At the moment, this is the only beach-adjacent property we have in your price range, Mr. Cohen."
The O.C.
"-That's one way to put it. -Who are you kidding, Gail?"
The O.C.
"You just like the idea of having an office near the beach so you can surf between clients."
The O.C.
"-I hadn't even thought of that. -Sandy, this is a surf shack, not a law office."
The O.C.
"That's exactly why I like it. Hello."
The O.C.
"Unbelievable. How are you? It's my professor from law school."
The O.C.
"No, no, now's a great time. I'm just moving into my new office."
The O.C.
"-Sandy, you're moving in? -I'll take it."
The O.C.
"So what are you doing in town?"
The O.C.
"Everything okay?"
The O.C.
"What's up with Cohen?"
The O.C.
"-I guess it didn't go well with Alex. -She broke up with him?"
The O.C.
